Delivery times, shipping costs, and tracking information

At Top Market Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand delivery times, shipping costs, and procedures for handling shipping issues.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We ship from international warehouses to bring you the best prices.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We frequently offer free shipping promotions — check the website or your cart for current offers. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


5. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after order confirmation may not always be possible.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@top-marketshop.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or acts of nature.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not discard damaged packaging as it may be required for carrier claims.
