Returns, refunds, and your consumer rights

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Top Market Shop, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day window by contacting us at info@top-marketshop.com.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unused condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Item has not been damaged, altered, or used
  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the defect or damage
  • A description of the issue

We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or payment method statement again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time
  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary
  • If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@top-marketshop.com

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, contact us at info@top-marketshop.com with your order details and we will guide you through the process.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened and used
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

9. Return Authorization and Address
